About two weeks ago, we suffered a family medical emergency, and it has consumed much of our attention since.

As a small, family-run business, we aren’t able to simply hand over our responsibilities to a coworker, so when we unexpectedly needed to take a leave of absence, there wasn’t anyone else who could take over for us.

As a result, many of your customer service requests have gone unanswered.  We are doing our best to catch back up, but it will take us some time.
