Items may be returned up to 30 days after leaving our shop.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not give returns for any virtual or downloadable products.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Any item with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition (e.g. damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error)
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item, and to notify you of the status of your refund.

Refunds will issued as store credit. The credit will be immediately available on your account, and will automatically be applied to your next purchase.

At RavenRook Publishing, LLC’s sole discretion, a full or partial refund may be issued to the original payment method, in addition to, or instead of, a store credit.

Sale items (if applicable)
If an item was on sale at the time of purchase, or if a discount code or coupon was used, the store credit or refund will be issued for the sale or discounted price.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only replace an item that is defective, or was damaged during shipping. If you wish to exchange your item for the same or similar item, please Contact Us or email us at before shipping your return. If you wish to return an item that was shipped directly to you as a gift, you may contact us at do so. Once the item has been received, you will receive a store credit for the amount of the original purchase price (less discounts) or the current retail price (as shown on the website), whichever is lower.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept the return or exchange of any item that you received as a gift that was not shipped to you directly. In such a case, the original purchaser will need to initiate the return or exchange.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are performing an exchange, you will be responsible for any shipping charges for the new item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We recommend using a traceable shipping service, purchasing shipping insurance, or both. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and you will be responsible for any lost or damaged items.
